Journey!

Its been a long journey,
Yet, there's a longer way to go.
A mile down
But another ton to go

The mind's young,
And body, not too old.
May they'll be fit enough
To tread the unknown road!

What lies there,
What lies beyond?
Who knows! A house ofgold?
A mud-filled hole!

Yet I run,
Yet I row
To cross the river
To reach the brow.

Its all wrong,
I might be told
But, I'm the captain of my fate
